Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 pieces popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  2. Scoop out one-inch portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals until fully smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen pop into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  6. Chill at room temperature for 5 minutes, then return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes to harden before serving.
