  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
Cheese & Beans
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
Spices & Veggies
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped fresh or pickled
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, jalapeños, and chili powder until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
