- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes; brush half the sauce over them halfway through.
- Serve hot drizzled with remaining sauce.
