Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 pound asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over them and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic on top of the salmon and squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything.
  5. On the other side of the baking sheet, add asparagus spears. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature should reach 145°F) and asparagus is tender.
