  • 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup Prosecco any preferred sparkling wine
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat dry. Remove green tops by slicing them off.
  2. In a bowl, mix Prosecco and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add strawberries to the mixture, gently tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled with fresh mint leaves as garnish.
