Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 8 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup sliced sweet onions
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Place the bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish. Layer with steak mixture and provolone cheese.
  5. Top with remaining bun halves. Mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce and brush over tops.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
