  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional, for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tin, pressing down firmly to create cups.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the cups to set.
