Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ears sweet corn husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder optional

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Preparing the Toppings
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder.
  2. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Serving
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  2. Cut the corn kernels off the cob and mix with the topping mixture.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
