  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles or relish
Sandwich Assembly
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices sturdy bread e.g., sourdough or whole grain

Method
 

Baking Process
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
