Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 packet hot cocoa mix 1.25 oz
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Poke holes in the cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
  5. Warm the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave and pour it evenly over the holes.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely before topping it with Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and chocolate syrup.
