Ingredients
  

Basic Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Creamy Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

Basic Vinaigrette
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Creamy Ranch Dressing
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Honey Mustard Dressing
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until the dressing is smooth and combined.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
