  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Zest and juice the oranges, setting both aside in separate bowls. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Stir in orange juice, half of the zest, cumin, paprika, and salt; combine well.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey; pour into the skillet and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving with rice or salad.
