  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat and set aside.
Make the Topping
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
