  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cups asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Arrange asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon on the sheet pan.
