Ingredients
  

Citrus Segments
  • 1 cup orange segments peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup grapefruit segments peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup mandarin segments peeled and chopped
Chocolates
  • 8 oz white chocolate chopped or chips
  • 2 oz dark chocolate chopped or chips
Extras
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare orange, grapefruit, and mandarin segments by peeling and chopping as necessary.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Stir in the citrus segments, coconut flakes, and chopped nuts (if using) into the melted white chocolate.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the white chocolate mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, then break into pieces to serve.
