  • 1 cup cotton candy for mixing in

Method
 

Prepare Ice Cream Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until well chilled.
Churn the Ice Cream
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Add Cotton Candy
  1. Gently fold in the cotton candy until evenly distributed.
Freeze
