Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
