  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries to ensure the yogurt adheres well.

  3. Dip each strawberry in the yogurt mixture until fully coated, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short bursts in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt-coated strawberry into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning to parchment paper. Add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Chill again until set, then enjoy!
