Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
Topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for macerating berries

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spoon a layer of the crust mixture into the bottom of each shooter glass, pressing down gently.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each shooter glass.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a small bowl, toss fresh berries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to macerate.
  2. Top each cheesecake shooter with the macerated berries before serving.
