Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and drained

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in Blueberries
  1. Gently fold in the blueberries to the biscuit dough.
Shape and Bake
  1. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the biscuits to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
