Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Diced or shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1 cup Green Onions Chopped
Rice and Seasoning
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice Preferably day-old
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Minced
  • 2 eggs Eggs Beaten

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, peas, carrots, and green onions.
Cooking
  1. Add sesame oil to the griddle and let it heat up.
  2. Add the mixed chicken and vegetables to the griddle, cooking until heated through.
  3. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the griddle.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs onto the other side and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the griddle, mixing everything together.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to get slightly crispy.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
