Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Marinate the Shrimp
  1. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the Shrimp
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  2. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately with extra barbecue sauce on the side.

Notes
